The Planning Department is responsible for administering the Stallings Development Ordinance (SDO), the Comprehensive Land Use Plan, permitting, new development, subdivisions, rezonings, plan review, etc.
Directions: The Town of Stallings Planning & Zoning Department is located at 315 Stallings Rd, Stallings, NC 28104 on the second floor. The hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Here is a Google Maps link for directions: Link
