An as-built survey of the subject property is required before inspection. When the survey has been received we will scheule the CZC inspection;
All properties being inspected must be "move-in ready". This means there can be no cracks in the driveways or sidewalks. There can be no missing stabilization including sod, straw, and garden bed materials. All of the stabilization will be aesthetically presentable. Lastly, all sidewalks and driveways must be freshly pressure washed. Any properties that are not move-in ready will have their inspections postponed until they are move-in ready.
Once we have reviewed the subject property you will receive an email of the results. If it is approved, the certificate will be emailed to you after payment.
