FY 2025-2026 Town of Stallings Pavement Preservation & Repair Program
The Town of Stallings invites qualified construction contractors to submit bids for the Town of Stallings’ FY 2026 Pavement Preservation and Repair Program to complete micro surfacing on several roadways located in the Town of Stallings.

Bids are due no later than 2:00 P.M. local time on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, to the following address:
The bid opening will occur on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at 2:05 p.m. at the following address:
If three bids are not received by the Tuesday, January 6, 2026, deadline, the Town will re-advertise for bids beginning on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, with a submission deadline of Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. The contractor(s) may choose to leave their unopened bid(s) with the Town to hold until the second and final bid opening that will occur on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 2:05 p.m.
Upon verification of each bid’s accuracy and completeness, the lowest bidder shall be awarded the contract.
