Open Burning

Open burning is prohibited within the Town of Stallings. Residents should use appropriate disposal methods for leaves, branches, and other yard debris.

Junked, Nuisance, and Abandoned Vehicles

The outdoor storage of junked, nuisance, and abandoned vehicles is prohibited. Vehicles that meet the ordinance's criteria should be properly removed or otherwise brought into compliance.

Permits – Fences, Sheds, and Other Accessory Structures

Tall Grass and Weeds

The Town permits grass and weeds to grow up to 18 inches on applicable properties. Growth exceeding the permitted height may constitute a violation and require corrective action.
